Spring Classes

If so, please join us for a class; this term we are offering FeldenkraisĀ® - perfect for those who are looking for movement classes that are gentle and who want to understand how their bodies move. We are also offering Pilates on the Ball -Ā  a fun way to exercise that uses your core muscles creating a more toned, fit you!
