This weeks classes were amazing. We looked at the nature of the ribcage as “shape shifter”. Its inherent ability to change its shape to accomodate many different actions and trajectories of movement. In the brilliant Awareness through Movement lessons generated by Moshe Feldenkrais an exploration of “what’s possible” becomes available. Creating direct access to the brain through self-awareness, the lessons offer an in-depth experience of using oneself more fully, engaging parts of ourselves that haven’t moved forever.Hope you can join us next week.
